I do not know if you are afraid of the surgery or not. My owner was very afraid at first, but she got used to it after a few years. After a while she realized the doctors were not as bad as they look (not at all like the picture to the right!).

I think it looks so funny when she falls asleep after they give her that sleeping medicine. She goes all limp and she can hardly keep her eyes open for more than a minute. I try to wake her up with my horn and my drum, but she is sound asleep until they wake her up in the recovery room.


After the surgery I try to make as much noise as I can to wake my owner up. My imaginary friend Ruth thinks I am mean because I do not let my owner sleep in peace. So I try to play my horn to scare Ruth instead, but she seems to always be prepared and has her ear muffler on to keep the noise out. Not fair!

I dream of becoming a famous musician, but my owner says I have no talent at all and can not hold a clean note since my ears are all stuffed with fluff. What does she know!
